Entrainment and Leadership – Part 2/2

(Concluded from Part 1, yesterday.)

I don’t think the Divine Mother’s statement means we can go to sleep on discernment.

If we think about life after the Reval for a moment, I think it’d be safe to predict that  some people could become a little unbalanced for a time.  The fewer the better.

Vasanas long buried could/will come to the surface and be magnified. We’ll have our hands full adapting to sudden wealth. (1)

What do I personally look for in a leader? I guess most prominently, what I look for right now, in this time of chaotic transition, is balance.

No more antics. No more dirty tricks or appeals to extremes. I look for balance as the requirement and price of my entrainment.

I already know I’m going to be a leader (it’s not a dirty word).

I’ll be the CEO of a number of companies. That’s leadership within an organization.

And I’ll be offering leadership among my colleagues in communication, cross-cultural spirituality, exoculture, (2) and the path of awareness.

Leadership for me means suggesting new directions, plumbing new frontiers of knowledge, innovating, expanding, etc. I so much want to stretch my legs.

Michael is suggesting a new style of leadership. One of its principles is that it’s conciliar. It’s what Michael once called a “shared mantle.” (2)

I’m busy plumbing the depths of his meaning offline, even as we speak (more on that later).

It doesn’t mean controlling or going nuts or having my own way. It’s consultative, cooperative, and collegial.

I don’t think I could stop myself from innovating. The burgeoning of a new age in everything is a good fit for me. It’s like having a brand new canvas.

What to do?

AAM: Let us begin by saying that this is one of the reasons why we have been speaking so much about being the steward, the leader, the wayshower, the participant observer.

As you assume profile – whether it is because of money or notoriety or political power or financial power, it matters not – it gives you a sense of being elevated. (2) There’s leadership within a company and there’s leadership among colleagues.  Each calls for a different application of the conciliar principle.

Michael discusses leadership within an organziation:

Archangel Michael: One of the rules of engagement is the sharing of the mantle of power.

Steve: How do you mean sharing, Lord?

AAM: We mean the respect that is given to each individual for what they bring to the table.

S: Alright. You don’t mean one person leading it at one time and another person leading at another time.

AAM: No, because there is a natural ebb and flow to a group, to a family, to a circle. And there are times when one person will step forward, simply because their talents and abilities are more fitted for what is at stake at the moment. And then that person will step out and another person step forward. …

What you are doing is learning to operate in a new way. It is a new paradigm for Earth because very often you tend to think of organizations in a very hierarchical manner.  (Ibid., March 8, 2011.)

(2) The study of other planetary cultures, societies, or civilizations.
