“I’m reading Telos: Protocols of the Fifth Dimension by Aurelia Louise Jones. In Volume 3 talking about the shift. `You have moved into higher vibration energy, at least a large part of you has: yet there is a part of you which feels the need to remain in the old energies. This is not to say that you are going to be leaving Mt Shasta or that you are leaving the work you are now doing. You can do all of this in the fifth dimensional existence while remaining in the dimension you are presently in. This is how one person at a time, from heart to heart, you will create together a fifth dimensional reality, and transform the third dimension for ever. This is how you will create on the surface the paradise we have created in Telos. The energies of the old paradigm no longer support you or anyone else. You must be willing to release them from your consciousness, from your old way of thinking and from your way of doing things.’ Change the energies of judgement, the energies of expectation, the energies of guilt and shame. All these lower vibrational energies are part of third dimensional existence which you no longer desire or validate, there is no right or wrong judgment. There is no sentiment that supports judgement in the fifth dimension. You need to simply recognise the difference in the vibration between a third dimensional vibration and a fifth dimensional vibration You are tired because you are in judgement of your dimension. Each time that you feel tired, recognise that you are in a place of judgement. Know that you can transmute and transform the energy. This is the homework everyone will have to do to move into a fifth dimensional frequency. Everyone will have to let go of everything they know about third dimensional paradigm, and learn a new way of being. The leap of consiousness between the third and fifth dimension is huge for most of you.
Start shifting this consciousness each day, and eventually, you will reach a new level. Literally you have to be willing to leap your consciousness into the unknown. We become older in age, and we do it with grace, nobility and dignity as masters. The fountain of youth you are seeking is a state of being, not so much a state of doing. I am reminded of that dancer on ABC Compass program last night, Eileen Kramer 100 years young and still a master of the dance, like Natararji, the cosmic dancer. Shiva, the lord of the Lingam, the consort of Shakti-Devi, also is Nataraja, King of Dancers. Dancing is an ancient form of magic.
The dancer becomes amplified into a being endowed with supra-normal powers. His personality is transformed. Like yoga, the dance induces trance, ecstasy, the experience of the divine, the realization of one’s own secret nature, and, finally, mergence into the divine essence. In India consequently the dance has flourished side by side with the terrific austerities of the meditation grove- fasting, breathing exercises, absolute introversion. To work magic, to put enchantments upon others, one has first to put enchantments on oneself. And this is effected as well by the dance as by prayer, fasting and meditation. Shiva, therefore, the arch-yogi of the gods, is necessarily also the master of the dance. The dance is an act of creation. It brings about a new situation and summons into the dancer a new and higher personality. It has a cosmogonic function.
